► Tonight the Spurs will be using alternative shirts to commemorate the "Fiesta" day, a tribute to the latino community. You can see the shirt here.  

► The Spurs have won their last 10 games against the Nets. The last time the Nets won was November 13th 2002, and the score was 91-82.

► Both teams met just last Sunday, when they faced in NJ's IZOD Center. The Spurs won 93-83, shooting 42.4% FG, 42.9% 3s, and allowing only 34.6% FG to the Nets.

► This game marks the start of the Net's tour through the crazily-competitive West (San Antonio - Memphis - New Orleans - Dallas - Houston). Wish them luck - after tonight, that is. They're going to need it.

its like playing the same number in the lottery every day.  one of these games its gonna hit and i'll be ri......well at least i will have picked a score correctly.

actually, the sunday game was at 90-79 for a few minutes and the spurs went blank on two possessions with about 2 mins to go...it could happen.

There's absolutely no reason why San Antonio should lose this game. We're at home, had a day off, and we just got a good look at what it takes to beat the Nets...of course, to date, I haven't even come within sniffing distance of guessing the correct score to a Spurs game; so "F" you Clint Eastwood, I feel lucky!
