The big Australian will not be returning to the River City this season. Marc Stein reports that he'll try his luck in the Motor City instead:

It looks like The Big Banger is set to make around $6M per season, so good for him.
Hearing that the Aron Baynes deal with Detroit is along the lines of Brandan Wright's new pact with Memphis and could rise as high as $20M

Baynes had some memorable moments for the Spurs, guarding and holding his own against Dwight Howard (as a Laker) in the playoffs, throwing down vicious dunks, getting dunked on and even leaving a club - presumably after depleting their supply of libations. I wish Aron the best of luck in continuing his career.
