We made it friends, the last regular season pod of the year between Phil Naessens and I. He never hung up on me mid-show in frustration, so all in all it's been a huge success.

On this week's show Phil asks me to name three things the average fan wouldn't know about the 2013-14 Spurs (I blew the best answer, I should've said that they haven't had the league's best record since 2003). We also talked about whether Pop deserves the Coach of the Year award or whether other whistles are more worthy. Finally, Phil asked me what city I'd like to see the Spurs relocate to if they had to leave San Antonio, which is silly because everyone knows the Spurs live only as a construct of my dreams anyway.
After my segment Phil will also welcome to the show Zeb from Welcome to Loud City for his usual spot and they'll discuss slumping Thunder and cursed Warriors. Mark Jackson tweeted after the Dubs beat Minnesota last night to reach 50 wins and thanked God for the achievement. I agree, it pretty much did take an act of god for a Mark Jackson coached team to 50 wins.
After you've had your fill of hoops, Phil welcomes back Rush Olson from the ironically-named RushOlson.com to talk a little about the New York Mess Mets, who are a baseball team that plays in New York. Just click the play button because it's not gonna click itself. (If only we could make that happen.) In case the player above doesn't work you can listen to the entire program from Phil's site located here.
Take a listen. His show is broadcast Monday thru Friday on Max Sports Channels, Talk Superstation, Armed Forces Radio Network , Kozmik Radio, First Online Radio, Epix Radio, Abscape Radio and Baseball Talk Radio.
As always, please feel free to share your thoughts of the show in the comments and offer feedback, good, bad or indifferent.
