At the point that I think we need to be as careful as can be with the ball, Manu throws this pass. Although it makes it there and good comes out of it, I think I aged, at least, two years with that throw. My wife calmly proclaimed, "that's Manu"...
Of course we can marvel at his ability to snake the ball through the defense and make it take a left turn when it gets to Matt Bonner, and that's really cool. Don't get me wrong. But I can't be the only one who sees that the risk:reward ratio on this play is not attractive.
Please, Manu, take it easy on my heart.
