"I Don't Believe What I Just Saw"

GREETINGS FELLOW POUNDERS!!!! AFTER SOME TIME TO COLLECT MY THOUGHTS AFTER LAST NIGHT'S EPIC, EPIC WIN I AM LEFT JUST AS STUPIFIED AS I WAS WHEN THE CLOCKS FINALLY READ 00:00 AFTER DOUBLE OT. Quick Stat Check: Teams were 0-392 when down 16 with under four minutes left. Say that again? OK. Teams were0-392 when down 16 with under four minutes left. That stat now reads 1-392 when down 16 with under four minutes left. Warriors have STILL not won in San Antono since 1997. Manu Ginobili is STILLLLL A VERY, VERY, VERY BAD MAN! IN CONCLUSION: Miami's loss to an UNDERMANNED Bulls team sheds light on the idea that winning back to back championships is more about WILL then SKILL. After the Heat won last year, I knew right away that they could not possibly possess the same WILL to win a title again as much as they wanted to win that one. To no fault of their own, it is the human condition. A familiar DESIRE that has stymied the SPURS on 4 occasions to repeat as CHAMPS. It's hard to stay as that level of WILL year after year. (LEBRON DOES NOT = MJ/KOBE) KOBE AND MJ MADE THEIR NAMES OFF OF THEIR RESPECTIVE WILL'S TO WIN, I CAN ASSUREDLY NOT SAY THE SAME FOR MR. JAMES. After a heartbreaking sweep, after a franchise best 20 game win streak (10 in playoffs) in the 2011-2012 campaign, SPURS faithful could do nothing but hope that this year would be different. While the finish line is still miles away, there are certain wins that can propel teams to the type of greatness we hope to see from our SPURS this June. Golden State is easily the best offense left in this years playoffs, but the SPURS are the best champions left in this years playoffs. Last years OKC debacle was the exception and not the norm, these SPURS are really, really good and while everyone thinks it will be hard to beat the HEAT 4 times in 7 tries, I remain firm in my belief that it will be even harder to beat these SPURS 4 times in 7 tries. Everyone on this Spurs team is better then they were last year, what team can make such a proclomation? Green, Leonard, Diaw especially have been through this before now with this team and are keen to draw on those moments as needed. PS - I knew RJ would help the silver and black win a playoff game at some point in his career...(15-0 run when he checked in last night and a couple HUGE missed free throws) GO SPURS GO!!! - as if they had any other choice...
