FINALLY!!! Are you guys excited? I'm pretty freaking excited.
I'm going to try pretty hard to get these posted everyday, but if you ever don't see one go up at midnight Spurs time, that means I'm actually living my life, so please go ahead and post your own.
For starters, I have a question (see poll):
Tonight (6:30, Spurs Time) is the Opening Ceremonies, titled "Isles of Wonder." What manner of Danny Boyle-directed spectacle awaits? How many species of animals? How many cute children? What famous celebrity voiceovers? Which British musicians are deemed worthy to be displayed before billions of people? Which countries will be the most snappily dressed (hint: The Netherlands)?
Also, if you haven't had a chance to read SB Nation genius Jon Bois's three-part series, "Awful Advice: Explaining the Summer Games," drop what you're doing and read it IMMEDIATELY. Seriously. It's life-changing.
