The Rockets in their misguided attempt t become relevant again by trading increasingly valuable draft choices (see my posting on CBA vs 3 Star System and Mark Cubans article on ESPN Insider) apparently are looking to amnesty Luis Scola. Is Scola the big the Spurs are waiting to pick up for next season?? Are the Spurs even eligible pick up a player who has been amnestied. I Can't remember the rules that govern picking up of amnestied players.
