Even with the clear momentum shift if the western conference finals, there is still plenty of reason for us Spurs fans to keep the faith and keep the Koolaid flowing.

I'm not going to pump you guys up with stats, just some gut feelings from someone who has been following this team for twenty years. While it is clear that the momentum has shifted and the Spurs no longer look invincible so far both teams have done exactly what they had to do, defended their home courts. Coming into this series everyone said that this is the true finals. We all knew coming into this that these are the two teams that have the best shot at winning it all. The Thunder are clearly a very talented team. One thing that stands out to me is the way they have won the past couple games, we all expect Durant, Westbrook, and Harden to get theirs and until the fourth quarter of last night the Spurs have had some pretty good success keeping those guys in check. The problem is the Thunder have had some inspired play by bench players including Thabo, Ibaka, Perkins, and Collison. Even if the Thunder bench maintains some of their high level play there is no way that Ibaka shoots 11-11 again. One thing that was encouraging to me was the play of Duncan in the second half minus his rushed wild airball in final two minutes. Another encouraging thing to me is the Spurs haven't lost more than two in a row all season. How about the play of Kawhi in the final minutes?! Pretty encouraging to see the rook with ice water in his veins. Hopefully Green steps up in game 5 and makes us pay him some money over the summer and hopefully Bonner is benched for and clearly more effective in this series Blair. Get back to the ball movement, and get back to the execution and show these guys that big brother is still boss
