Adande brings up an interesting point that I don't think Big Dave gets enough credit for. He started the whole selfless Spurs culture with his example of stepping aside gracefully for TD. Contrast that to how the Lakers blew themselves up with Shaq and Kobe handling themselves like such jackasses.
