Point values are doubled again this round, so here's a brief rundown. You get 24 points for picking both the series winner and number of games correctly. 8 points are deducted for being one game off, and 4 points for each game after that. There is an additional 8 points deducted for picking the wrong team to win the series.

As an example, if the Spurs win the WCF in 6 games, here's how the scoring would work for each pick:
