4th quarter summary: Spurs 110 Jazz 100

  • Nando de Colo starts in the 4th quarter!
  • Spurs have Nando, Manu Ginobili, Kawhi Leonard, Matt Bonner, and Tiago Splitter out there.
  • This lineup seems to be working because the Spurs have two great playmakers on the floor. Easier shots are coming
  • It should be noted how Pop put in Nando when Mo Williams was on FIRE. Either he trusts Nando or he was sending Gary Neal a message.
  • We saw a Tim Duncan spin move -- wowowowow!
  • "Big" Al Jefferson and Tim Duncan are having a battle on both sides of the court.

3rd quarter summary: Spurs 79 Jazz 79

  • A couple of minutes into action, Mo Williams called for the flagrant foul on Tony Parker. He grabbed Parker around the waist and kind of set him aside. I don't agree with the call being a flagrant.
  • Tim Duncan's defense has been particularly great and it deserves to be noted. He has been extremely active guarding in the post.
  • At the moment, it seems Tony Parker is feeling fatigue of playing three games in four nights. Shots are starting to fall flat.
  • That's OK though, because Gary Neal is there for relief. He scores a few seconds after entering
  • Actually I take that back. The Spurs just fell apart in the second half of the quarter. Mo Williams, of all people, takes over and makes 3 consecutive shots.
  • Tie game.

  • Wow, what a quarter! Spurs putting on a clinic offensively and defensively!
  • Spurs shooting percentages: FG: 74.3, 3PT: 71.4, FT: 71.4
