Ranking the 5 Greatest Coaches in NBA history
Let me say that this list is ridiculous for the mere fact that 3 or 4 of these guys have no place being ranked ahead of Pop.

Loves me some Coach Pop, but Larry Brown was the only one I disagreed with, outright. He runs himself out of every town, and has had too many jobs.
we discounted his performance slightly based on the belief that the strength of the San Antonio Spurs organization has assisted his performance
Ha! Then the only guy that should be left on the list is Brown! He has done well in all sorts of clunky situations!

I was thinking the same thing. I didn’t know BOS, LA and CHI’s organizations were saddled with an inept reputation during those coaches’ tenures. Maybe their teams were bereft of star players?
I wonder what Pop’s stats are based on those criteria (Resume-W/L, Talent Development, X’s and O’s, Motivation and Leadership).
