Its easy to get frustrated with where the Spurs find themselves in the series against Memphis but we are not dead yet. For years people have been saying that the Spurs are too old, too short, too boring. Rarely are the Spurs ever picked at the start of the season as favorites to win. They have made a dynasty out of being written off too early. That is where my name NotDeadYet originates from. In the sleepless in memphis article on spurs nation there was a line I really like "That is the Spurs’ reason for getting up in the morning. Metaphorically speaking, they can sleep when they are dead, and they aren’t dead yet." Here's hoping that Tony wakes up from his coma and the Spurs prove yet again that they are not dead yet.
