Well, I thought we were speaking of amore’ and how the entrance to that part life has changed over the years, but - I guess that you mentally adjust to it (aging) gradually. I’m not sure when I resigned to it. The only advice I’d give is to stay as physically healthy as you can, but don’t expect to live forever – duh. I could have done a lot better, but I could still kick that guy on the escalator down there’s ass. He looks 10 years older than me though…

Sure, we did. I am sorry for changing the subject, but as I said I don’t know much about these changes. I had an impression that sex has become safer and easier, but I am not sure whether this is a good or bad thing. Thank you for your advice. It’s not like I expect to live forever, more like I hate my life a little bit more day by day, year by year. I just don’t like the feeling.

General inability to make shots combined with Portland playing really good defense. Aldridge having an outlier type game. Mojo deficit. Allowing the crowd to go from “I hope we don’t get crushed” to “RAAAAWRRR” in the first quarter.

Asked before the game how Parker has looked, Popovich said, "He’s still cute. "

Rockets give Lakers trouble because they out-work them. They have not had more talent for many seasons but always push them to the limit due to effort. If you have equal talent and put in the work, as Boston did on Sunday, you will kick the overrated Lakers’ ass. I’m looking forward to Thursday.

I was more annoyed with the commentary than the loss. Team commentators are always going to be homers, but please, at least be consistent. Listening to them, you’d think the Blazers are entitled to have every whistle called in their favor.

We could have used another 3pt shooter tonight, who could actually sink some 3’s. I was hoping Pop would give &erson a chance when Gary was clearly off tonight. I hope he was just having an off night and not still being bothered by an injury.

I think, if every year the worst NBA team would be replaced by the best NBDL team, both leagues would benefit.

Tweet that to Stern. How about an All-Star weekend competition: Cavs vs best D-League team.

- Thank you SF Giants for an incredible 2010 season and painting the City orange & black!

Unfortunately, the owners won’t allow that, those greedy losers.

They had 5 players with a positive +/ and we had 0.
-They shot 24 FT and we shot 15.
-They scored 28 in the 4th and we scored 15.
-They played 48 mins. and we had 12 mins. of last year.

We shot 11. The Refs called 3 bs foul on them to bump our total up to 15, to make sure no one yelled donaghy.

In case there were still any who wondered about whether Dave (the head honcho over at Blazersedge) can really write — check this out:

let’s pretend that Jack Nicholson and Dina Lohan had a love child together, locked it in a cage in the basement, and fed it only fish entrails and Ecstasy. That child would not go as crazy as LaMarcus Aldridge did in the first quarter of this game.

Feb 28th

just for fun, i looked up when the spurs lost their 8th game of various seasons. turns out this one isn’t the “latest” date they lost the 8th game of the season. it was 2/28/1999, when they dropped to 6-8. good they they are so much better this season.

their record for the rest of the season was 31-5, 46-7 if you count the playoffs.

By the way, I hope this puts the Spurs back under the radar. Whenever they’re the talk of the town and the media heaps tons of praise on them, a bad game follows. Hush.

LMA is having a career year. This just happened to be his best game this year (and going forward).

I believe he is. Lets pin the loss on him.

I agree. Why he wouldn’t predict a career game for Tony Parker?

For as great as LMA was, even with less from him the Spurs still lose this game because they shot 43% and missed 8 FT out of 15 attempts. The rebounding ended up even which is an embarrassment considering how one-sided it was early. Just one of those nights that happened to coincide with an opponent having his career night.

I really hope our defense sharpens up. They shot 51%.
