Vince Carter is close to signing with the Mavs.
I'm not as good as I once was...and that's just the cold, hard truth.
Yep, no one wants to come to San Antonio. No surprise there. Dallas is cooked though, the catalyst to their title is now a Knick.
A man gets the eye of a Tiger, but a Tiger gets the eye of a Manu.
Did anyone here really want VC?
Nov 24: 49ers' 8 game win streak ends. Winning next 8 = Super Bowl champs.
You gotta bring ass to get ass.
The Toronto Raptors will be sending a “conditional” (read: never to appear in reality) second-round draft pick to the Phoenix Suns for defensive stalwart Mickael Pietrus

The Nuggets offered Mbah a Moute a four-year 19 million dollars contract. The Bucks could still match that, but it makes little sense for them to do it.

It’s a very reasonable deal, but considering the Bucks have a lot of forwards, committing to Luc long term might not make a lot of sense. I’d match it, though.

Chauncey Billups issues a warning! Full article here.
"I want my freedom. My goal is to control my own destiny. And as you’ve seen in my career, I’ve never been in a position to do that. I know some teams out there are saying, ‘Oh, Chauncey will be great in mentoring’ and I’m tired of that. I’ve got a few good years left to play, and I’m not trying to come in and sit on the bench, or be a mentor. I’m not going to be that guy. I want to go somewhere and win. I want to choose."

the NBA is officially the WWE and Chauncey Billups probably just had the greatest heel turn since Lebron or Hollywood Hulk Hogan

“It’s interesting to see good to great teams still trying to make dynamic changes. While average to bad teams make minor ones.”
