PtR Roadtrip (unofficial)

PrintSome might know about LatinD's trip last year to the states. On his trip I was one of his California tour guides and we quickly hit it off. So when he told me he'd be in San Antonio this year I was like, I jump in it.
Here's the plan folks. I will be accompanied by two very handsome men and we'll be getting into San Antonio the 7th. Upon our arrival we're going to meet up with LatinD for drinks and hopefully chaos will ensue. Anyoneis welcome. We're staying on the Riverwalk, which I recently learned will be drained during my time there, but it will not stop us from swimming in fun and laughter.
On the day of the 8th we wanted to get a basketball game together because hey it's a basketball website so why not? You might have heard that I'm really good at basketball. It's true but I play nice so don't be worried to bring your game. LatinD may or may not join in on this day. I know he wants to take it easy this day because he departs the next day for home. The night of the 8th we have no plans. PtR house party?
The 9th we will be attending the Spurs vs Timberwolves game. Fitting that my first home Spurs game is against my namesake team. Judging by the Spurs recent play I think me coming to town will be just the mojo needed for a Spurs win. If anyone is going to the game and wants to meet up for some pregame drinks or post game celebration or both that'd be awesome.
I shall see my PtR friends soon! I hope.. :)

being from kentucky and starting classes monday, not a chance for me. however, i am going to my first live Spurs game tomorrow in Indianapolis, so i just wanted to let a bunch of people who don’t know me how excited i am to see the Spurs end their losing streak!
Should be pretty crazy downtown this weekend w/ the mudfest, Army All-American game @ the ’dome and PtR mayhem;) Enjoy!

Unlikely…been there, done that;) It’s mostly a pub crawl this weekend before next week’s coronation, etc. Speaking of, there’s also a Miss High School" pageant in town…Hope y’all find some fun!

I sure hope you don’t mean swimming in the riverwalk…eww.
Other than that it sounds like fun. I will be on the other side of the state, but I wish you much good mojo and a fun time.

I’m so jealous. Hide the women and alcohol! Have fun, be safe and don’t bother the seals, sea lions, otters, bald eagles and any other endangered species you might come across.
I never take the high road, but I tell other people to, that way there is more room for me on the low road.

Where are you sitting at the game? I’ll be in 101 row 9, and also hang out in the Headines Bar at the arena from about 4:00 to 5:00 that day (it’s at the southwest entrance near the Freeman Coliseum, around the corner and down the side of the building from the main entrance – it’s also the best entrance to the arena because is opens an hour earlier than the main one (but you can’t go to you seat until 5:00).

I left my heart in SA. Thanks to all who I met and didn’t meet and those who had recomendations on what to do and where to go etc.. I’ll be back in the summer if LatinD is there. Which he will be because he’s in love like out of a movie. Sappy old man..
