According to the rumor mill, the Spurs are one of 8 teams who have worked out Adam Morrison

He's a 6-8 SF, turns 26 on Monday. His three point shooting took a dip last year, but in years past he's shot the 3 at about a clip of 33%.... he didn't exactly get a lot of playing time on the Lakers but he can technically say he "contributed" on a championship squad.

I read that also and wondered to myself why would the front office waste there time even looking at film of this guy.

Maybe Pop needs a runner to make sure he has a constant supply of booze. He’ll even put him in a waiter outfit to make him feel fancy.

It’d be interesting — though probably not enough to be worth a roster slot — to see if Morrison would develop defensive chops playing for a defense-minded coach and organization.

And he could certainly be the most interesting Spur to watch during ‘garbage’ time. :)
