It’s not that bad. 13 up and Dirk has 4 fouls? We’re in great shape, regardless of that small run Dallas made we are still in the drivers seat.

Heads up Spurs fans! Mavs likely have one more offensive based run in them. When just have to continue to execute on offense since they struggle to score and hang their heads when we do. One more good run on our part that pushes this well past 20 will make them adjust to the obvious.
You gotta bring ass to get ass.
We need to keep pounding the ball into the paint, opening things up for the shooters. Then, as shots fall from outside, they’ll begin to have to close out leaving Timmy to work, and the mavs to self-destruct. This game is ours to lose at this point.

I meant for the game. Still they played well the whole series, we just played better. If it is a competitive series you cannot call it chocking. If they miss layup and do stupid stuff all over the place then you can say the choked.

They played really hard versus Golden State in 2008 too, just not hard enough. When a highly ranked team loses against a far lesser ranked team, regardless of “how much heart they gave it,” they “choked.”
ESPECIALLY when they’re famous for it, and do it with consistency.

Don’t underestimate them. They will not miss shots like the Mavs did.
I’m not saying they would. I’m just standing by my team no matter what. I don’t care who we’re facing on the next round, on the WCF or the Finals, I don’t even know whether we’ll make it that far. But I have faith in my team and even if fear takes a toll on me and make me crap my pants, I would still believe and cheer for the silver and black.

Yeah after the “Playing like dogs” call out after game one, our role players really stepped up.
Dice was huge defending Dirk and hitting his shots.
Hill just got better and better as the series went on. Kind of like his career.

Pop started off by complimenting Dallas and saying he doesn’t want to play them again ever… even in the regular season!
Credit to Dallas for not folding after going down 20+ and scratching back to get the lead. Especially Butler and Dirk. Very classy of Dirk to go over and shake the hands of the Spurs after the game, he had to have been very disappointed.
Dredit to the Spurs for not panicking and closing it out. Great team effort, and this was Hill’s breakout series… kudos to TIm and Manu for bouncing back from Game 5.
Carlisle is outta there because he should have put Roddy back in the game sooner. You can tell him his check is in the mail! I think Cuban is going to blow this team up after how bad they performed against us
