Rough night, ladies and germs, rough night.
But I stand by what I said before the game:
I’d love to see us win this one, but I will not be surprised nor will I be Psychologically Devastated™ if we lose.
I remain sanguine. We shall prevail.
I have flying monkeys at my disposal, and I'm not afraid to use them.
Excellent!!!
“constant reminder of your mother’s infidelity”
Where did that come from? Someone need a hug?
I thought of a father and his son going to a game that turned out to be extremely disappointing. From there it’s just my regular ol’ sense of humor.
The first line was supposed to be:
“Son, although you’re a constant reminder of your mother’s infidelity, I have taken you out of the cage today to see a Spurs game.”
But I have a limited space to work with.
I did a lot of soul searching. I didn't find anything.
Could of been worse, Our starters could’ve played 35+ minutes, fought a back and forth battle with a desperate team and lost on a shot at the end of the game. That would’ve sparked the Mavs with feelings of magic and it would’ve worn our team out. Tonight was an exhibition by mid 3rd Q, and even those guys couldn’t make open shots.
You gotta bring ass to get ass.
And I posted it in the wrong window. I am a fool.

Spurs fans: Get real.
Please people, wake up, get real. The Spurs don’t have a chance. Phoenix is too good, Duncan is now too slow, Parker does not seem to have it due to injuries, Ginobelli is hurting due to the nose injury, Jefferson is a bad fit and not smart enough, Hill is frightened to take the initiative, etc. They have to play “perfect” games to beat Phoenix. They need another good big man, another small forward (let’s get rid of Jefferson), and a better bench. Duncan was a great player, but he is beginning to look average. Also, some blame needs to go to Pop and management for picking up Jefferson instead of another player. The present Spurs tease us into believing they’re the old Spurs, but they are not. Let’s get real, and let’s start rebuilding or building.
That’s certainly an interesting take on my FFFFFFFUUUUU poster.
