Manu Ginobili Suffers Nasal Fracture UPDATED April 24, 2010 @ 4:25pm CT - Spurs guard Manu Ginobili was examined earlier today by Dr. Jaime Garza. The exam - which included a CT scan - confirmed that he has a nasal fracture. At this point no surgery will be needed and Ginobili has been cleared to play. He will be in uniform for tomorrow's Spurs-Mavericks game.

if one thing was missing in manu’s awesome career was to wear a mask in a game.
we’ll see how that plays.
Manu will probably be playing for diversion purposes. I would not count on him for more than 10 points (hopefully, a lot of assists). If any of you have not suffered from a broken nose, it feels like you head is stuffed with cotton for about a month. The first week is the worst.

Manu is to be fitted with a custom-made “Hannibal the Cannibal” mask. He will have Pony for dinner with a side of fava beans and a nice (Argentine) Chianti.
