Paper Airplane Grounded
Not too many details in the article. Not sure if this might impact Mav's playoff push.

I know it’s pretty terrible to think of it this way, but I’m going to anyway.
Karma.

No one should be shocked to learn that “the jet” got called for a foul on the play that resulted in the injury.
"If an arm was close, he would have broken a couple," Manu Ginobili on Dejuan's 19 rebounds.
I won’t post my first thought when I saw this. Second one either.
Wow, wish I would’ve seen this live. Think maybe it let some air out of that big head??
Terry is my least favorite player in the NBA, even over Garnett and Kobe. I want to change my grown son’s first name so they won’t be the same. I want to get front row seats at the next Spur’s vs Mav game so I can trip that sorry punk when he is gloating after making a three so he can crash into the announcer’s table. I want to tell him how stupid it looks for him to wear three pairs of knee high socks, probably wears three pair of underwear too.

Thanks but don’t encourage me Hipuks, cause I can keep going.
I want to slap his mother for giving birth to him. I want to slap Cuban for paying him money to be such a jerk, okay I’d like to slap Cuban for any number of reasons. I’d like to run into Cuban at the Riverwalk, no I mean really run into him, knock him right in the river. I think Terry and Cuban are twins separated at birth, soul mates at the least.
Bad day at work, thanks for giving me a worthy person to vent on…… I feel so much better now.

This doesn’t make any sense to me. “…to address those injuries,” what the F does that mean? Broken nose? Didn’t appear so. Broken cheekbone? Didn’t appear so. Broken jaw? Didn’t appear so.
Not to be all conspiratorial but I can’t find anywhere detailing exactly what happened physically and why he needs immediate surgery.
Are there critical immediate surgeries needed for bloody noses? Hey everyone, I have an ingrown hair on my arm… keep me in your thoughts, going in for emergency surgery tomorrow. Stat. May be out awhile.

Treatment depends on the severity and location of your injury. For a small, uncomplicated blowout fracture that does not affect the movement of your eye, your doctor may prescribe ice packs, decongestants and an antibiotic to prevent infection. You may be told to rest for a few days and to avoid blowing your nose while the eye heals.
If the fracture is more severe, your doctor will refer you to a plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specializes in treating eye injuries. An ophthalmologist may be called in to deal with the double vision. This specialist will determine whether you need surgery to repair the broken bone. Surgery may be needed to:
* Remove bone fragments
* Free trapped eye muscles and eliminate double vision
* Restore the normal architecture of the eye socket if your injured eye looks sunken
* Repair deformities of the eye rim that affect your appearance

What little bit of brain he had leaked out, going in for a transplant. Looking for a compatible donor, problem is there are none.

Breaking News !!
There has been a brain located for Terry. Seems a bat was in a terrible accident, is currently on life support . But the size is compatible so they will be moving forward with the transplant.
Henceforth, Terry will be known as Bat Brain, requiring him to adjust his signature move to keeping his elbows against his body and flapping his hands wildly. Also there will be a bar hung in one corner of all locker rooms to accommodate his need to hang upside down.
Good news for Spurs, Manu will have a field day!
(No offense to any bats who may be reading this)

This is all sorts of awesome. Quick poll, should I add “Bat Brain” to the Nicknames Dictionary (not to be confused with the Lexicon)?
1. Bat Brain should definitely be added.
2. You shouldn’t ask. You’re in charge. Make the command decision.
3. How could something that exists possibly be confused with something that doesn’t exist?

Good grief, that’s waaaaay too many links. Don’t you understand that the average PtRer has an attention span of 2.7 seconds and can’t be counted on to click multiple links within a comment?!
Thank you. And now, here’s a LINK to reward you for listening.

Whenever I see Terry, I remember a bully kid that we had in our neighborhood that got punched in his nuts by a younger chap after not being able to put up with his antiques. Can someone please do that to him soon. I don’t want little Terrry’s running around(yes, I hate him so much). I felt like punching him through TV when he tripped GH3 during our last game against Mavs.
I hope we don’t see any of Terry’s antiques the rest of this season, I too have panophobia.
