Thanks for posting this, Bella. I am breathing a little easier after listening to it. I have been told by people who know Manu that he has said he really does not want to leave SA. All the talk in the media is just posturing I suppose, using the media to send a message. I actually think Manu could negotiate this contract himself – he has the business sense to do it. Just do it, guys!

Im not saying manu is worth 10mil a year but i really hope he is in a spurs uni next year. If he is willing to take 6-7mil a year we should take it. He didnt push us for money last time and has been under paid most of the tiem he has been with us. i dont think money has even been the most important thing to him and even though this is his last big contract i feel like he will work with us if we show that we want him

You guys can go to Sears and choose a new washing machine, you know the ones with steam and all of that. You can make it into a fun couple-type thing to do. Then you can get an Energy Star rebate from the government, wouldn’t that be awesome?

This one’s fairly new, so the Sears guy is “coming in the morning.” In the meantime, I’m stuck with a pile of clothes stretching from the laundry room to the living room and a moldy smell that can only be described as “Hipuks’ Apartment.”

I’d love to go to Sears, Bed Bath & Beyond, maybe Home Depot. But I don’t know if there’ll be enough time.

Heard back from him – Ticket office also wants to keep Manu. Yeah, they have to sell those season tickets, and the beginning of renewal time comes up soon. I’ve only just begun. And Bella, unlike Superman, I have no Manu G pajamas to wear to bed, but I did sleep in my Manu t-shirt last night – loved the way he closed out that game against the Pacers.
