Rose should be eating some crow after last night.
So I tuned into First Take today to see if they would talk about Manu’s clutchness, but apparently the hosts banned Skip Bayless from talking about Manu or the game, so there was no coverage (Bayless squeaked in a mention and the host reiterated that they had to stay on topic). Funny considering Bayless is usually the only commentator who talks about the Spurs on ESPN
In all fairness, though, Around the Horn and PTI talked about Manu.
These are great good ok choices, but you could really make a list of 5 out of players from just the Spurs, Lakers and Celtics.
Who is everyone’s All Clutch 5 ? Game on the line, guys who get the job done, guys you want on the floor. Who’s hands do you want the ball in? Please discuss. (Regardless of position.)
Off the top of my head, mine is Manu, Kobe, Pierce, Duncan… and I guess Wade. He burned Dirk nicely.
