For Manu's Sake...
I think it would simply be the right thing that in the future for any game or post where we are doing a head to head comparison between lineups between the Spurs and (Rest of the NBA) we STOP doing it by "starting line-ups" and do it by First Team line-ups. Manu is clearly our First Team SG. He plays more minutes during the regular season than either of the other guys and depending who you are you think he is our second or third best player on the team (or the son of the FSM). Besides, the guy is just too darn goodlooking to not have his mugshot up there every night that we play and a few nice things said about him.

Fine with me, as long as he’s still a bench player for BlaseE’s wonderful series. That way our bench is automatically better than most teams’.

It is tough thing because you are correct but at the same time Pop has him come off the bench because that is where he helps us the most. Even though he should be starting by talent, I’ll always think of Manu as arguably the best 6th man ever because he just dominates the opponents bench and willingly steps into the role for the team.
Isn’t it what we do already? I think I always put Gino as a started in every game preview I did…

Really, Manu is so awesome and versatile that we should just list him at all five positions, coming off the bench, and coaching the team, giving us an automatic advantage at each position. That is, unless we were to play a team featuring nothing but FANGIO. That would truly be the proverbial irresistible force vs the immovable object, matter and antimatter, battle to end all battles.

I AM NOT SURPRISED THAT SOME AMERICAN FAN WOULD NOT THINK ABOUT THE GREATEST ATHLETE OF ALL TIME WHO IS BETTER THAN THE OVERRATED PELE.
Re-sign Bruce Bowen!
i’m sorry rikiddo, but imho, Pele was just as much to soccer as MJ was to basketball… if MJ was overrated, then so was Pele.

When you see strange phrasing and odd opinions in all-caps like that, it’s a reference to THIS exquisite post.

I get why AS7 didn’t come back; he said what he needed to, and there was no more to say.
The one I wonder about is physcopops. He seemed like he was just getting started, and then … nothing. So much promise unrealized — it’s disappointing
