I'm tired and I'm not going today. I slept something like 11 hours last night.

I'm going to sit in my hotel room and catch up on my stories. I'll also be here sharing thoughts on the games I'm not watching.

Pistons vs Cavs at 3:00

Kings vs Knicks at 5:00

TWolves vs Wizards at 7:00

Thunder vs Bulls at 7:30

Suns vs D-League at 9:00

Nuggets vs Blazers at 9:30

I’ve got a big write up coming. I took copious notes. I’ll give you some hints. I don’t think Blair was that great. Good, yes. But not great. Jack played his best game. Ian played his best game. Gist played his best game.

I didn’t do an interview last night, not officially, but I did chat with both James and Ian some.

Unless you don’t plan on writing, and are just trying to rest in order to party all night in the Vegas strip! If only you were allowed to blog about those stories. ATS hit the casinos too! God is definitely on the Spurs side this summer, and will be on your side as well.

Hey ATS, I don’t know if you know the answer to this, but… do you think that those of us without press credentials will be allowed to carry a big honking DSLR camera into the arena? I only ask because you said soemthing about not being able to take video footage.

McClinton writes like his roster spot is guaranteed. He is a very cheap way to fill the 14th roster spot. Its interesting that he would write for Spurs.com without a contract…..

We’re going to have a great veteran team and a team that wants to win now with a lot of great players I can learn from and get better from. Being a rookie and wanting to learn a new system, it really helps having some of these guys who know all the cracks of the system, knowing where to be and who to ask is big for me and is a blessing.

Jack Mac may be one of those guys that you have to sign to stash. If he gets in the D and starts shooting like he did in college, it would be tough for another team with an injury to a 2 guard to bypass a guy like him. I think Rik is dead-on here. Jack may have a spot on the roster in SA, but he’ll be in Austin more often than not.
