Real quick I've got two things for you. A photo and an interview.

James Gist was sporting the Marvin the Martian hat. A personal favorite of Mrs ATS.

Interview with Ian He's very tall and I didn't reach up enough to get the mike close to him so you can hear me better than him. He's a great guy, by the way.

Great interview. I didn’t realize it had been a year since he last played a real game.

Mrs ATS has great taste in cartoon characters!

In some ways, I wonder if it would be good for Yawn to play for the national team and get some games under his belt. Only if his ankle can handle, of course.

Mr. ATS, I was just wondering, does Mrs. ATS make you post a lot of ideas that she believes? If that is the case, why don’t you make a separate account/ mention it’s what she thinks? Don’t get me wrong, I guess for now that I believe that for a certain percentage of the comments, you ask for her for input/approval of some points, but I do not know what this percentage is. And I love your points/ random comments I also love her fascination with certain cartoon characters. There are certainly more stuff for me to find, but I’m too lazy at the moment to look for them. Nonetheless… I I really enjoy both of your inputs… but I was just wondering if it was possible. If you guys don’t want to, that’s okay, I was just merely thinking to myself. Regardless… thanks Mr. ATS and Mrs. ATS for the great summer league coverage, because I am sure it affects you both.

Gist looks happy to be in that photo.

Great interview, man. Ian sounded like a nice guy, and it showed that he was rusty out there. Hopefully by the end of the Summer League we can see him live up to some of his potential.

Isn't it 3 years?

I thought the time limit to send prospects down to their d-league affiliate was 3 years, not two…am I wrong?

I just say that because it’ll be interesting to see how the staff handles his playing time. He’s a guy that, even though he’s grown by leaps and bounds, still probably needs some additional seasoning before he takes his game to the NBA court.

Anyone have clarification?

Give Ian a break for today

It was his first real game in a while. I we can have the patience he might be similar to the player he was in the D league. Good thing about Ian is he will still have a chance with the nba preaseason and the Second summer league.
