Pops Mensah-Bonsu, who was released by the Spurs on Thursday to make room for Drew Gooden, has signed with the Toronto Raptors, according to ESPN.com.

Mensah-Bonsu reportedly chose the Raptors over the Oklahoma City Thunder, which also attempted to sign him for the rest of the season.
