Around SBN: Upon Further Review: Bo Knows Longreads

This guy needs to be BANNED.

I was doing some casual reading on BSoTS and found this on their front page. (GASP!, I KNOW!) I'm, like the rest of you, extremely appalled. I can't believe the nerve of this guy. I swear. . . What is this world coming too?! And we thought Latin D was bad.

The article is actually pretty funny and is a spot-on assessment of the Suns organization. Everyone should take a look around their site. Their hatred for our Spurs runs deep but in a way it's endearing. You have to admit, they have been through quite a bit.

::Cue last year's game footage from Game 1::

It's a good post.

Story of the Suns, though – coulda, woulda, shoulda. And, call me crazy, but I still fail to see how playing Spur ball is such a bad thing all the time. I like the fact that the Spurs bring their opponents down to their level.

In my head

Tim Duncan misses that three, then trips and falls into the stands. No OT, no problem.

Of course, we still get killed in that series because we were by no means the better team, but at least game one ends a little better.

BSOTS is a good site. Phoenix Stan and the gang know their stuff.

Didn’t read the story but was upset that the Baywatch clip was not in HD.

why show me stuff like that? It’s just going to piss me off. I swear I think Matthew and ATS just make shit up to piss me off and that nobody out there even care what we do on these blogs.

I’d imagine it was the whole “we get to have a Baywatch movie on the front page” thing.

According to ATS:

SBNation has two rules. No curse words in titles of posts and no racial, religious, sexual orientation, etc. insensitivity.

So the BSotS post didn’t break either of the SBNation rules. I guess it might have broken the Powell/ATS guideline about “no sexual content,” but that’s a guideline that applies only to PtR.

Is that what you meant, Stampler? Or were you just frustrated in general?

by Lauri on Mar 28, 2009 9:55 PM CDT up reply actions

yes, I suppose. Now that Powell’s gone, I don’t understand why we can’t just follow the SBN guidelines and that’s it. If we’re still following Powell’s rules when he quit, then it’s like he hasn’t really quit.

If we didn’t have the extremely fair and well thought out “guidelines” we would be demeaning women at every single opportunity we get, we’re savages really. The enlightened people are just doing this for our own good.

Wow. BSoTS has incredibly organized members. Everyone puts a title on their comments while we hardly bother.

On a good note, at least we’re not some tards in another SB Nation blog who write their entire comments on the subject line.
