Thursday.12.17.09 Loser Thread

Good evening PTR pals! Our Spurs are off tonight after a nice win last night against the Dubs. We've got three games going on around the league tonight, and in an ultra-rare occurance, I actually get to view them all! The New York Knicks come to my windy-city to play the ice-cold Chicago Bulls. TNT's Thursday double-header consists of the Miami Heat hosting the defending Eastern Conference Champion Orlando Magic, followed by the Portland Trailblazers hosting the Suns. The Bulls and Knicks are guranteed scrub match-up of the night. The Magic and Heat are always a fun Florida rivalry, as the Suns and Blazers are out West. Let us know who loses big tonight!

Good Lord, I just hear a stat during the Bulls game: The Knicks set a record tonight by attempting 29 three’s in the first half. They connected on 8. Seriously?

and they are still on top in that game…

Any true Spurs fan would only vote for the Suns. Maybe Orlando, but Phoenix will win this..

Heh, good to see that my vote is the consensus.

Well, remember that my hate for the Suns runs deep due to living in PHX, and the Blazers are my second team. I have plenty of reasons to vote for the Suns to lose.

I know… I was sure you were not the Blazers vote.

sorry Tim, I voted for Blazers. Phoenix just beat us and played a really good game against us, and we still could’ve won. So if they play only mediocre and win against Portland, it proves that we should be able to beat Portland, which will be soon.

Hey Tim, have you ever been to a Blazer game in the Rose Garden? Those Blazermaniac fans seem completely opposite to Spur fans, no?

(Funny but now that I think about it, I think Blazer fans and Laker fans are complete opposites. Plus Spurs fans and Laker fans are complete opposites too.)

Nah. I’d like to go someday, but I’d probably only gdo it if the Spurs were in town.

I’d stay and join you, but I’m still feeling like crap. I was going to watch the Spurs’ game, but lucky me, ILP pulled it down from its archive. The only game that’s not there. Madness.

Have fun, guys.
