Fox> Will LeBron join Kobe in L.A.?
* LeBron James could land with the Kobe Bryant in LA? The Lakers certainly have no salary cap room. They are in no position to pay James, which remains the No. 1 priority for all free agents. James just has to explain to the Cavs he's leaving. If they don't accommodate him, he's going to New York or Miami and they get nothing. But if they do in a sign and trade to save the franchise, they get a young, potential All-Star center in Andrew Bynum. Maybe Lamar Odom as well or Ron Artest. Draft picks, some pieces like Jordan Farmar. The Cavs can compete in the East with a star center and some pieces added to what they have. It's better than nothing as cap room doesn't mean anything in Cleveland. No one's going there. -- Bulls.com (Sam Smith) ..... Ben's Take: Outrageous, but the Lakers do seem to always end up with the best players in basketball. A 1% chance this happens.

This is just plain illegal. If this isn’t vetoed, it’ll assure us that Stern is a part owner of the Lakers.

Lebron and Kobe on the same team doesn’t scare me. However, put Chris Paul in a Cavs uniform alonside Lebron, and I’ll crap my pants.

I don’t care what you say about clashing egos or incompatible games, if I’m a defender seeing LeBron run the break with Kobe right beside him, I’d crap my pants and eat my shit.
If that happens, I’d like to see a Jordan-Pippen vs Kobe-LeBron simulation.
