Jazz @ Spurs - Second Half Thread

Well guys, it could be worse.  Look for nothing after the jump.

Star-divide

There will be no halftime fish tonight.  Hipuks is invoking the karma busting two loss rule.  If you have a problem with that, just remember what he posted last night.  Eeeew.

Spurs played hard but not enough to win either games. They can’t win on the road; win at home at least. Start to get serious now.

somehow these Utah games are especially depressing … may be because I hate Williams and Boozer. may be because Utah is not even a good team. and I guess this is our competition for the 8th place in the playoffs.

And another thing. Don’t post comments in the subject box, that kind of thing is frowned upon here and will get you banned. Banned, you hear me. We have all sorts of “comment police” and the only thing they do is monitor comments. We have this one guy who has OCD and Tourette’s and he will go bat-shit crazy if you do that, so don’t say you haven’t been warned.

We need some rebounding, and defense. I know we’ve made the upgrades, but what we have just isn’t getting the job done. There are the injuries, yes, but I kinda thought we might have the depth to cover it. But no, we can’t even rest Tim, and have to play him 41 minutes in the 2nd game of a back to back because we’re struggling to beat the 5-6 Jazz, or the Thunder. And I’m at a loss. I thought we’d be steam-rolling over teams right now. Instead its just like last year. What can I say, I’m impatient and would be a terrible GM.

by Ed (dfjmed) on Nov 19, 2009 11:29 PM CST up reply actions

While its not panic time yet, I am growing concerned about Manus inability to stay healthy.

I think our guards need to rebound better, most of Utah off rebounds were long rebounds, those are the rebounds our guards should get.

they just said on TNT that this is the worst start ever for Pop. can it be that this team is actually WORSE than last year? even last year team beat Jazz at home …
