Lets start with comparing lineups starters
Tony Parker George Hill Dfish Farmar Roger Mason Manu Michael Finely Kobe Vujacic Brown RJ Keith Bogans Artest Lamar Walton Morrison Tim Duncan Dejuan Blair Matt Bonner Pau Gasol Lamar Powell Antonio Mcdyss Theo Ratliff Ian Mahnhinmi Andrew Bynum Mbenga
Spurs have more depth and look to be a deeper team better pg, better pf more consistent. Andrew Bynum is injury prone so if he goes down the Spurs chance and other team's chance skyrocket. Bynum is the x factor.
Sixth man is a toss up because of Manu's rising age and injuries but if Manu is healthy he is the best.
lakers might have a slight advantage in rebounding and are more athletic than the spurs.
I have a possible way though that the spurs could score. Run a 3 man fast break with Tony, Manu, and Rj when they are together thats a whole lot of skill and pretty hard to stop. Leave your bigs back because its not worth tiring them out and they could block any counter attempts.
The starting D goes to LA, but overall SA is better because they have Mcdyss, Duncan, Ratliff down low, and Keith Bogans and Manu who are great defenders as well.
Confidence goes to LA
Chemistry is probobly a toss up too.
The way you beat LA is by playing smart, and putting three point scorers and capable shooters in so that Manu RJ and tony can use their driving ability to score inside and that if they try to double Duncan pass it out to red rocket or Mcdyss for a jumper or three point shot.
Spread the court so that there will be open threes, driving space, and room for Tim Duncan. Does anyone else think that SAS would be better if they started Blair
