January Recaps

Grab them while you can.

Here are the guidelines again

Don't sign up unless you're reasonably sure you can watch and recap the game.
Game recaps should be up within 24 hours of the end of the game.
Game recaps require a title. They should either obviously pertain to the game you covered or be complete non-sequiturs. No cursing allowed in the titles.
Absolutely no racism or prejudice against any race, gender, sexual orientation, or religious orientation is allowed. This includes the use of words typically used to demean women. Yes, I'm talking about "bitch" among others. I reserve the right to delete your post without contacting you.
No sexual content. This includes jokes and photographs. And I consider photos of cheerleaders inappropriate content.
You will receive no compensation. Nor will I pat you on the back or look you in the eye. I might nod in your general direction.

I might be at the Lakers game. Even if I’m not I’ll do the recap for that one. Anyone else feel free to do this game too as I’m sure it will be one of the most anticipated games of the season thus far.

Put me down for Orlando on the 11th and the Scrappy-Doos on the 31st. After doing recaps for Chicago, Memphis, and Minnesota in the last two months, I look forward to reviewing teams that do not suck. As much.

I could do the Clippers or Philly. Probably not both, though. Put me down for the Clippers, and if anyone else wants it I’ll just change.

Oh, damn, I just noticed I’m not going to be at home during the Chicago game. I wanted to do that one… I can make no promises, because watching the game depends on me being able to find an open cybercafe at 1am and having the car to travel to said cafe available, but I’ll try to recap that one.

I can’t wait to diss the entire Chicago organization.

I want NJ and The Lakers...

That should be a nice ebb and flow between diamonds and rust, and I feel that kind of two-fer might be worthy of my latent hostility….

That is, of course, assuming that we beat the Nets… and we’d better, because I’m just gonna go ahead and pencil the Lakers as a loss… It’s that kind of season…
