Thanks for the despising :-) It was a great night of football, even thoguh not so much for us: our defense sucked mightily again, the refs ruled out a regular goal from Toni, and in the end we needed a miracle from Buffon. Well, at least nobody can say we’re playing the same old boring “catenaccio”.

Now we need to win against France and hope that Romania isn’t gonna beat the Dutch, which might seem unlikely, but stranger things have happened, and the Oranje are already certain of the first place in the group.

I felt a little better after the Dutch destroyed France, it was the result we needed, and I didn’t see anything that made me think we can’t beat Domenech’s team.

I am really looking forward to the France-Italy game, as long as Romania doesn’t beat The Netherlands. These two teams fighting for survival could get really interesting.
