game 1 of west finals is WED!

Game one of the Western Conference Finals is Wednesday in LA. So SA/NO has one day to pack up and fly to LA after what is sure to be a knock down-down, drag-out fight to the finish. Awesome.

Ha. Let’s concentrate on Game 7, and then when the final buzzer rings or we have 2 min left and are up 20 + or something, THEN lets start thinking about Game 1 in LA.

Only thing I’m worried about at that point is Game 1 itself. Major letdown emotionally, playing on Mr. “I get any call I want” Bryant’s playground, and LA will be rested, SA won’t. I’d be suprised if the Spurs don’t try for Game 2 at that point, and concede Game 1. :(

Some commentators are already saying

that the Lakers will defeat either the Hornets or Spurs. I so want the Spurs to face the Lakers now…

The Lakers will be in awe of the Spurs defense on Wednesday. It has been a long time since they have seen a team D them up.

Or just foul a lot and pass it off as defense

Thank God I don’t have to hear someone calling Matt Harpring a great defender because he hacks away at people and has a big body.
