Dear Sebastian Telfair and Rashad McCants

I know you're used to people caring.  Manu doesn't care.  He doesn't know your names.  He doesn't give a shit about Brooklyn or North Carolina.  He doesn't remember anything you said to him during the game.  He doesn't remember the feminine slaps to the face.  You are done.  You are vanquished.

Next.

Re: Dear Sebastian Telfair and Rashad McCants
I know we've talked a lot about the all-star weekend rest being good for Manu, but I kind of feel like his recent destructiveness is driven by a sort of all-star snub indignation.

Thoughts on Pop vs. Manu
I honestly believe Pop gets on Manu so much because he expects more out of him.  I'm sure a lot of us played ball in high school, or have seen movies of kids that do, and this is always true: the coach is hard on certain players because he expects so much more out of them.

I was one of the better players on my team and I was constantly being hacked on by the coach.  Why?  Because he expected the best from me, as which I think Pop does of Manu.

Honestly, I think Pop sees a little bit of Manu in him.  I'm not sure how, but I just feel it.  I think that's the reason why Pop gets on him so much.  Pop KNOWS Manu is simply erotic, sometimes.  He wants him to be that everytime.  I think Manu likes being coached by Pop.

All in all, Pop knows that Tim is the center of everything we do, but he also knows that Manu is the heart and soul of the team.

nice video, a little bit of pee came out when i saw it live.

Re: Dear Sebastian Telfair and Rashad McCants
Two things: 1. Who else in the whole fucking world, under those circumstances, would do a behind the back dribble before launching the do-or-die shot? I bet Pop shit when he saw that. 2. Lest we forget, Manu then came down the other end, almost blocked the much easier and closer shot, forcing the desperation pass to Telfair the Turd. Alleluia!

Nobody.  That's one reason he's The Sickness.

Re: Dear Sebastian Telfair and Rashad McCants
Actually, that would be me getting schooled my Mr. Ginobili, not that dick McCants. So I guess Manu doesn't give about 'Nova either, huh?

Re: Dear Sebastian Telfair and Rashad McCants
I think you are thinking of McInnis -- also a Tar Heel -- in the Hornets game.  McCants didn't get a T in that game (at least according to the box score on espn).  Manu and McCants did get into a little bit of a thing under the T-Wolves basket after McCants made a layup, but I don't think he got T'd up for it.
