Tonight the Spurs face the Bulls for the second and final time this season. Their last meeting ended up an overtime win for the Spurs. Both Ginobili and Finley struggled mightily on the offensive end. I expect them to shoot better than 8-30 combined from the field tonight.

I didn't watch the game so it's probably foolish of me to comment on it, but here goes. Why is Nick getting all the minutes at the backup point? Has Beno played since Game 6 of the Finals?

In a related note, playing so many grisly veterans is not interesting from a fan perspective. Other than 'will the Spurs win a title'?, what other questions marks are there for the team this year? I'd like to know if Beno is going to be a player. I'd like to know if Oberto is going to be a player. Instead, it's more like: does Finley have anything left in the tank? Or, does Nick have anything left in the tank, and, will he ever learn to play D.

To summarize: other than the development of Parker's outside shot, it would be nice to see some young players develop for the future.
